Do I need to be home?
Many clients leave keys or arrange building entry; others prefer to be home. Agree access, keys and alarm codes in writing before the visit.
What about move-out cleans?
Agree the standard against any landlord checklist before work starts. A cleaner documents the work; they do not decide your deposit refund.
Are prices listed?
